This is a one foot diameter resin painting on wooden panel, currently on display- exclusively at Alice Carol. After a meticulous hand painting process, I apply layers of resin, minerals, and pigments that I build up in layers. This results in a sumptuous, iridescent, and thick surface that has light refractive properties, much the way water or glass contains and refracts light.
